LYDIE REVEZ
ADMINISTRATIVE DIRECTOR

After graduating in marketing from the École Supérieure de Commerce de Compiègne (France) in 1996, Lydie Revez worked as a commercial attaché with the marketing wing of the consulate general of France in Köln (Germany) for one year. In the summer of 1997, she moved to Montreal, where, by a stroke of fate, she was put into contact with Tangente, Robert Duplessis and Dena Davida. Out of this chance meeting grew a collaboration that lasted for seven years, one that enabled her to discover a stimulating milieu based on creativity and imagination. While working in the communications department at Tangente, Lydie Revez also carried out various administrative tasks, helping her to acquire an in-depth knowledge of the issues and challenges particular to the dance milieu. After accomplishing great things both personally and on a family level, Ms. Revez, now in her early thirties, begins a new professional challenge as Administrative Director of the company CAS PUBLIC.

 


FLEURETTE PAQUIN
DIRECTOR OF PRODUCTION AND TOURING

Après un Baccalauréat en danse contemporaine - cheminement interprétation - de l'UQÀM en 1987, Fleurette Paquin se dirige vers la gestion de projets et la logistique d'événements artistiques. Sa vision globale de l'organisation culturelle nourrit sa carrière au service de la danse. De 1987 à 1990, elle est en charge d'événements pour le module danse de la Ville de Montréal puis assume avec brio la logistique de sept éditions du Festival International de nouvelle danse de 1989 à 1999. Elle a été directrice administrative ainsi que directrice de production et de tournée pour la Compagnie Pol Pelletier (1994-1997) et pour la compagnie de danse contemporaine Van Grimde Corps Secrets (2005-2007). Elle a aussi assuré la direction de production (1997-2002) ainsi que la direction administrative (2002-2004) de Tangente. Depuis septembre 2007, grâce à sa motivation et son implication Fleurette gère au sein de Cas Public la direction de production et de tournées avec rigueur et enthousiasme

 


SAMUEL THÉRIAULT
TECHNICAL DIRECTION

After graduating from the Option-Théâtre program at collège Lionel-Groulx, Samuel Thériault was immediately hired as a technical assistant at Salle Pauline-Julien. Since then, he has worked as a technical director (sound and video) for various touring shows and events, including the Quebec tour of the Canadian exhibit presented at the 2003 Prague Quadriennale, Poiléplumes (theatre production for young audiences) and the 40th Jeux du Québec in St-Hyacinthe. In 2004, Samuel started his own sound design company. He has since done the layback (final mixing stage) for several video projects, including the series Bébé à bord (canal Vox), a corporate video for Collège Bourget as well as a short film. Samuel joined the team at Cas Public in January 2007, giving himself a chance to combine sound, video and technical direction.

 


ANDRÉANNE DESCHÊNES
LIGHTING

After graduating with distinction from Collège Lionel-Groulx's Option-Théâtre in 2002, Andréanne Deschênes went on to design the lighting for Simone et Victor, a Théâtre Quatre/Corps production, and for Tout ce qui est debout se couchera by the company Trois Tristes Tigres. She subsequently became involved in the dance milieu, acting as lighting director for Document 3 by Lynda Gaudreau and for Chantier and Zo by Collectif Zeugma. In 2005, she worked as assistant stage director on the Sylvie-Catherine Beaudoin production, Le Boudoir. After touring with the company on a few occasions as assistant technical director for the shows If You Go Down to the Woods Today and Blue Beard,

 


ISABELLE MORRISSETTE
INSTRUCTOR IN PILATES

With a passion for the art of body movement, Isabelle has been teaching since the young age of 14.  She started out as a dance teacher for children of all ages.  A graduate of LADMMI, a prestigious professional contemporary dance program in Montreal, she had her 1st contact with the pilates method in the 90’s. Since 2001, certified by Polestar Education, she has been teaching all over Montreal.

In 2002, she opened a small studio, Solstice Pilates, which has been thriving ever since with a small exclusive clientele. She has  taught functional anatomy and dance conditioning in LADMMI’s college program since 2004.  She has also been invited to work as a guest instructor on a regular basis with the dance company Cas Public  , since 2008.

She recently (2010) joined the team of pilates intructors and rehabilitation specialists at Cirque du Soleil in Montreal working with athletes on performance enhancement, injury prevention and rehabilitation. Continuing her quest for knowledge, she has developed a partnership with the internationally acclaimed  Franklin Method, hosting workshops for them in collaboration with LADMMI. She has  studied numerous complimentary somatic techniques with masters such as Tom Myers, Eric Franklin, Morten Dithmer, Irene Dowd, Elisabeth Larkham, Nora St-John, Marie-Josée Bloom, Kam Thaye Chow and more. Having been offered many career opportunities, she has decided to dedicate herself to her studio and performance artists, trying to stay true to her values and live her passion for the art that is transforming a body and a life, building a human connection that is priceless...
